This role will be onsite 3x per week in Atlanta, GA. *This job is a 13-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!* As a Lean Business Partner , you will lead Gembas, implement standards workshops, streamline flows, and implement Kaizen for suppliers to increase Lean practice in daily management and problem-solving within the organization. Your crucial work with the Lean team will drive organization-wide improvement in product management and learning development for Sales Operations teams. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, or Management 7+ years of professional experience driving Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement Experience driving Lean initiatives for large, complex global organizations Certified Lean Six Sigma Green (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, partnerships, and interactions Desired Skills & Experience Experience leveraging tools such as Prosci, ADKAR, & Kotter, etc. Change Management Professional certifications are a plus Previous experience supporting Sales Operations is a bonus! What You'll Be Doing: Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops, documenting outcomes to facilitate process improvement initiatives Deliver complex re-engineering & simplification, standardization, and optimization plans across global cross-functional teams, driving product management and learning development Participate in a variety of Lean workshops, forums & training sessions & other process excellence concepts & practices Implement change managemenat related to LEAN implementations Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
