Summary:

Responsible for leading HR major projects across the Healthcare System. Communicates strategies and successfully implements them to achieve process improvements. Interfaces with all key constituents to drive Human Resources project plans. Works collaboratively with a variety of HR colleagues, leaders, administrative staff, teams, groups, clinicians and executives to implement these strategies creating a culture of high performance.

Responsibilities:

Implements and reinforces change management methods to allow for enhancements while managing project deadlinesPartners with key stakeholders to allow for open communication and transparency regarding project status, issues, and key decisions throughout the program lifecycleHandles confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.Works collaboratively with COE leaders, HR Directors, teams and other end users to plan, develop and implement major projects.Facilitates, supports, and/or manages key HR programs that are aligned with business objectives working closely with key Center of Expertise (COE) leadershipCreates project timelines and establishes metrics to monitor program performance, outcomes, and ensure goals and deadlines are metEnsures cross-HR and cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management for key HR programsDevelops evaluation methods to gather feedback from the organization in order to assess program strengths and identify areas for continuous improvement
