Merchandises products including stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. Responsibilities include filling and merchandising all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards; selling and executing all promotions; creating and utilizing point-of-sale signage; developing good customer relations; servicing all customers as scheduled; ordering product and/or running invoices; cleaning equipment and maintaining backroom storage in an orderly fashion with stock rotation; and other duties as assigned. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED highly preferred, or three to five years of relevant work experience in lieu of diploma; ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; good oral and written communication skills; ability to perform basic financial calculations; ability to work under pressure; good interpersonal skills; good driving habits; ability to work without direct supervision; valid driver’s license; ability to work in a team environment; self-starter with excellent follow-up skills; ability to meet PBV driving qualifications; ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks; and proficiency in English. Essential mental and physical functions include frequent standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling 300–2400 pounds with pallet jack, walking, occasional climbing and sitting. Equipment used includes vehicle, hand truck, store floats, pallet jacks, label gun, telephone, calculator, Point of Purchase materials, computer reports, cardboard balers, vending equipment, and general office equipment. No supervisory responsibilities.
