Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transactional Attorney with demonstrable experience in transactional law, preferably within the construction sector. The successful candidate will have no less than 3 years of relevant experience and be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and related transactional documents
• Provide legal guidance on construction project agreements, procurement, and related matters
• Collaborate with team members to develop workable solutions for clients’ transactional needs
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all contractual documentation
• Maintain and build strong client relationships through effective communication and legal counsel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law, with a preference for construction law
• Proven ability to insightfully draft and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $125,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience
