Job Overview:

We are hiring a Destination Wedding Coordinator to help plan and execute stunning weddings at luxury resorts, beaches, and unique international venues. This role involves collaborating with couples, vendors, and travel partners to ensure a seamless wedding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with couples to design and coordinate their dream wedding.
  • Secure wedding venues, decor, catering, and entertainment .
  • Oversee event logistics, including scheduling and vendor communication.
  • Manage guest accommodations, transportation, and group bookings.
  • Ensure all legal requirements for destination weddings are met.
  • Provide on-site or virtual support to clients leading up to their big day.
  • Stay informed on wedding trends, venues, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality is ideal.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-end clientele.
