Role

Looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial TMT Portfolio Manager to lead a long/short equity strategy within the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the TMT sector, a proven track record of generating alpha, and the ability to manage risk effectively in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a differentiated long/short equity strategy focused on the TMT sector.
• Conduct deep fundamental research and maintain high-conviction views across a coverage universe.
• Generate and manage a portfolio with a strong risk-adjusted return profile.
• Collaborate with internal teams including risk, compliance, and trading to optimize execution and portfolio construction.
• Leverage the firm's proprietary tools, data infrastructure, and research capabilities to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in TMT-focused investing, ideally within a hedge fund or asset management platform.
• Demonstrated track record of alpha generation in a long/short equity framework.
• Strong fundamental research skills and deep sector expertise in technology, media, and/or telecom.
• Disciplined risk management and portfolio construction capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a strategy within a multi-manager platform.
• Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
