What Youll Do: Lead and mentor a team of Unity and web developers, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable systems using Unity (C#) and LAMP (PHP) technologies. Set coding standards and ensure best practices in object-oriented design and code efficiency. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical solutions. Drive adoption of new methodologies, tools, and technologies that improve workflow and product quality. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide hands-on guidance in high-stakes environments. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience leading software development teams. Advanced proficiency in Unity (C#) and object-oriented programming. Strong background in LAMP stack development (especially PHP). Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects efficiently and on time. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Experience in defense, aerospace, or robotics industries. Expertise in real-time data visualization, sensor integration, or game engine technology.
