Plumber
Location: Tampa, FL
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in both commercial and residential plumbing, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Lead plumbing projects from start to finish, working hands-on as needed
Interpret blueprints, perform accurate layouts, execute plan takeoffs, and draw clear isometric sketches.
Schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure timely project completion.
Expertly handle various pipe joining methods and plumbing materials.
Ensure work meets all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and manage projects independently.
Dependable self-starter with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Benefits:
Competitive pay: $30 - $45/hour based on experience
Schedule:
Full-time position, typically 40-50 hours per week
Standard 8-hour shifts
