These professionals tackle jobs that go beyond routine cleaning, such as deep cleaning or cleaning unique surfaces like carpets, upholstery, or industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities: Performing deep cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and floor waxing. Cleaning and maintaining building exteriors, chimneys, industrial equipment, or ventilation systems. Utilizing specialized equipment like pressure washers, floor scrubbers, or industrial vacuums.  Ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order and reporting any maintenance needs Qualifications : · Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. · Must possess a Government ID and social security card. · Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. · Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. · Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces · Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. · Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. · Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs. · Must be able to work in cramped or high places. · Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
