Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Location: Ames, IOWA

Pay Range: $20.00 hour 

Shift: Third Shift 10PM-6:30AM Sunday-Thursday 

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor automated equipment to support production schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Use SAP and Traksys systems for compounding.
• Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials.
• Notify supervisors of any deviations or equipment malfunctions.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to follow strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Good communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members.
