Position: Full-time / Part-time / On-Call

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Position Overview: Fiore Industries is actively hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards to secure and safeguard our client's facilities in Anchorage, Alaska. You will work as part of a team, ensuring a safe environment for visitors, employees, and property, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of client property to deter and detect security issues.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect premises, including buildings, doors, windows, and gates.
• Control access by authorizing and escorting visitors, vendors, and employees.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior security experience is strongly desired; candidates with security experience will receive priority consideration.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License. (Real ID compliant)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Current security experience; Alaska Unarmed Security Guard License required.
• Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb stairs or ramps occasionally.
• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly.

Additional Information: This is a safety-sensitive position subject to the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act. Random drug testing may occur.
