Key Responsibilities:

• Craft tailored estate plans, asset protection strategies, and succession structures

• Administer complex trusts and estates in coordination with clients and fiduciaries

• Assist with tax planning and compliance in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Interface directly with clients to evaluate needs and develop legal solutions

• Contribute to case strategy, drafting, and client deliverables

Qualifications:

• 0–7 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or tax-related legal practice

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required)

• LLM in Taxation or CPA certification strongly preferred

• Excellent research, drafting, and client communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
