Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in wholesaler networks , e-commerce , and brand development . This role is ideal for someone who understands the pharmaceutical space, can drive product visibility across multiple platforms, and is capable of building compelling, cohesive brand narratives that convert. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical wholesaler networks and e-commerce strategy . The ideal candidate will drive market penetration, boost product visibility, and support sales growth through strategic campaigns tailored for both B2B and DTC channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to wholesaler and e-commerce audiences

  • Build brand identity and positioning for new and existing products

  • Manage relationships and promotions with key wholesale partners

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, SEO, online ads, and product content across platforms like Amazon and Shopify

  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing assets (packaging, digital graphics, presentations, etc.)

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize and refine strategies

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and regulatory teams

Outreach & Influencer Engagement:

  • Proactively connect with influencers and public figures aligned with our brand ethos

  • Reach out to agents of celebrities, athletes, and national league sports teams for potential endorsements or collaborations

  • Build and pitch our offerings to podcasts for advertising and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or consumer health

  • Proven success managing marketing within wholesaler networks

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace optimization

  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and positioning in regulated industries

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and basic CRM systems

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
