Required:

5+ years of successfully managing projects COTS.
5+ years developing project artifacts/documents based on Project
Management Institute (PMI) standards to meet project, delivery, oversight, and compliance requirements. Experience with oversight and compliance entities (Florida Legislative staff, OPB, and Division of State Technology [DST]) providing required project status reports and facilitating progress review meetings.
Experience collaborating with senior and executive management, including the Agency/Department Head, and Business Unit Directors.
Experience managing cross-functional (matrix) project teams with varying functional backgrounds (operational, technical, managerial, programmatic, etc.).
State of Florida accounting systems (FLAIR) and/or PALM.
Experience calculating earned value, cost performance index and scope performance index.
Experience developing project artifacts as required by the state legislature as part of the budget process (Schedule IV-B).

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Required.
