JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Engineer to lead and enhance our operations. In this dual-capacity role, the Senior Process Engineer will not only drive process optimization and innovation but also manage the Technician team across all three shifts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, and performance of all equipment and machinery. A key focus of this role is to develop and implement strategies that improve production efficiency, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality for both current and new products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in operating and troubleshooting machine equipment and will be adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Senior Process Engineer will schedule technician shifts, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure all documentation and GMP standards are met. This role also involves cross-training technicians, supporting changes, and collaborating with the Supervisor on technical projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a deep understanding of process engineering, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in a Leadership role - hands on management of technicians
- 3+ years of experience operating and processing products on machines
- Machine installation experience, mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience, and machine shop skills
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
