The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll develop branding, graphic, and packaging assets for our global brands within cross-functional teams in the Consumer Business Group. Your work will support brand development, packaging design, brand guidelines, and application across consumer touchpoints to enhance consumer experiences. You'll collaborate with industrial designers, project managers, packaging engineers, and agency partners to bring concepts to life, including preparing artwork files for print production. Your responsibilities include: Managing complex design projects aligned with marketing and organizational strategies. Ensuring technical specifications meet business and design expectations. Delivering design content supporting program goals. Using evaluation processes to meet needs and strategies. Staying current with design trends, theories, and methods, and sharing knowledge across teams. Supporting design function responsibilities and ongoing professional development. Building support networks and participating in divisional activities. Contributing to strategic planning as needed. Your Skills and Expertise Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or design strategy. Five (5) years of experience in graphic design, specifically in consumer brand packaging. Preferred qualifications: 5-8 years relevant experience in the design industry. Experience in consumer branding, packaging, and retail merchandising. Knowledge of production art, packaging systems, and printing technology. Strong visual design, layout, typography, and color skills. Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers, managing external agencies, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, and familiarity with remote workflows. Please attach a portfolio of your work with your application.
