The Senior Digital Project Manager is a key leader who will be entrusted with overseeing the strategic planning, flawless execution, and successful delivery of complex digital projects. This role demands a wealth of experience, strategic thinking, and a commitment to driving excellence at every stage.

Description: 

• Visionary Strategic Collaboration and Planning : Spearhead and oversee the strategic direction in project initiation and planning phases, conducting high-level stakeholder analyses to refine and align project objectives with organizational vision. Lead the definition of project scope, objectives, and success criteria, leveraging extensive experience to set ambitious yet achievable project goals.
• Advanced Project Execution and Oversight : Take full ownership of project plans, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks, timelines, and resource requirements while proactively identifying and addressing complex challenges. Provide expert oversight in developing detailed work breakdown structures, optimizing task distribution for maximum team efficiency and project success.
• Executive-Level Communication Mastery : Lead and facilitate executive-level communication channels, orchestrating impactful status meetings that ensure high-level strategic alignment across team members, clients, and stakeholders. Establish and maintain a sophisticated communication framework, emphasizing transparency and providing executive-level accessibility to project information.
• Strategic Problem-Solving Leadership : Take a leadership role in executive-level project status meetings, providing strategic insights, anticipating and proactively addressing potential challenges, and collaboratively crafting solutions with the team. Cultivate a culture of strategic problem-solving, inspiring team members to contribute innovative ideas to overcome obstacles at an executive level.
• Quality Assurance Leadership at the Highest Level : Provide visionary leadership in collaboration with quality assurance teams, ensuring the development and execution of sophisticated testing plans and the adherence to the highest quality standards. Spearhead executive-level UAT processes, actively addressing feedback, and refining project deliverables with a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
• Executive-Level Comprehensive Reporting : Take a lead role in preparing comprehensive executive-level project reports, presenting detailed analyses of key performance indicators and offering strategic insights that guide high-level decision-making. Utilize advanced data visualization tools to create compelling executive-level reports that contribute to strategic discussions and executive decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•   Minimum 8 years of proven experience in digital project management or related roles
• Extensive leadership in digital marketing, technology, or creative services industries
• Mastery of agile methodologies and proven success in managing large-scale, complex projects
• Expertise in utilizing advanced project management tools and software
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is advantageous
• Must be base in or near Lexington, KY and willing to work in office
• Travel up to 20% of the time with some international overnight travel required

Executive Communication :

· Engage in high-level communication with executives, translating technical details into strategic insights, and providing valuable input on the impact of projects on organizational goals.

Enterprise-Wide Strategic Problem Solving :

· Apply advanced strategic problem-solving skills to address organization-wide challenges, integrating project solutions into the broader business strategy.

Transformational Team Leadership :

· Lead large and diverse project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability to drive transformational change within the organization.

Strategic Resource Management :

· Optimize organizational resources on a broader scale, aligning multiple projects and initiatives to maximize efficiency and impact.

Organizational Adaptability:

· Demonstrate adaptability in navigating and influencing organizational dynamics, understanding and responding to shifts in business strategy and market conditions.
