Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dealer management and sales, with a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance managers to finalize transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the sales team to ensure vehicles are effectively showcased and promoted to customers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dealer management and sales within the automotive industry is required.  
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
