This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA, or Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX ; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using Kore and Automation Anywhere Robotic (AAR) bots. Should work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement robust, scalable bots that streamline business processes. Key Technical Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Kore and AAR bots. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots to ensure continued performance and stability. Monitor bot performance and usage, making necessary adjustments for optimization. Follow best practices in RPA design and ensure security, scalability, and reusability of automation components. Document all development processes and provide training to end-users or support staff as needed. Stay current with RPA industry trends and integrate innovative solutions where appropriate. Key Soft Skills Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements. Communicate technical ideas and solutions effectively. Work independently and as part of an agile team. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Candidate must have an agile mindset and should have 6 + Yrs of good hands-on experience as a developer with a Robotic Process Automation skillset Proven experience in RPA development, with specific expertise in Kore.ai and Automation Anywhere platforms. Strong understanding of process automation frameworks and bot lifecycle management. Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.). Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or VBScript) is a plus. Experience with bot orchestration, error handling, and performance monitoring tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: RPA certifications in Automation Anywhere and/or Kore.ai. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Background in business process management or enterprise system integration. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 57,100 - $154,300.
