Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a QC Supervisor to join our team! The QC Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision of the Quality Control department and functions. Responsibilities include providing direction to Syrup Blenders and Quality Control Technicians, ensuring all syrup, ingredient, and product testing is performed according to guidelines, ensuring all lab equipment is calibrated according to guidelines, ensuring all concentrate and raw materials are inventoried accurately, maintaining accurate record keeping, filling in for syrup blenders and Quality Control Technicians when necessary, providing back-up for the Quality Control Technician and managing the Quality Control department in the Quality Control Manager’s absence, and being responsible for Food Safety where applicable. Other duties as assigned. The company is jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo, operating in multiple states including NC, SC, MD, and DE, and is the nation’s largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages. The role requires integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication.
