ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, MD . The team delivers enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global workforce performing a wide range of missions in defense of our Nation. This effort is the contract vehicle for the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization overseeing MPO’s Enterprise Information Technology (EIT). EIT is MPO’s backbone- platform for all Enterprise users. Data Center & Compute Services is the EIS enabling organization working with customers, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver select EIT.
Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:
The Project Manager shall be responsible for the successful planning, coordinating and management of cost, schedule and performance of all aspects of complex engineering projects and tasks.
Will serve as the technical point of contact for the Government Lead, Program Manager, and team members on a project or task and will directly contribute to program efforts in several areas, including task cost, schedule, and deliverables status updates.
Responsible for monitoring risks and developing and presenting risk containment strategies to ensure proper performance of tasks necessary for efficient and effective execution of project efforts.
Will provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet objectives.
Responsible for developing multi-project Work Breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict allocation of resources and provide detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Six (6) years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, deliverable tracking, schedule, data monitoring, and reporting for projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
