Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist I to support our client’s team, which is based in Cypress, TX. This is a Full-time, 13 weeks contract.

Job Summary:

As a Phlebotomist I at our client’s location at Cypress, TX patient service center. Be the trusted face of our organization, helping patients through their health journeys with skill, professionalism, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform accurate blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric)

· Label and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

· Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols

· Deliver outstanding customer service and patient interaction

· Work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

· 6+ months of phlebotomy experience (Required); 1+ year preferred

· Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA – not required in TX)

· Experience in data entry and EMR systems

· Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus

· Excellent communication and multitasking skills

· Must be flexible for potential weekends/holidays/on -call needs

Additional Information:  

· Location: Cypress, TX

· Job Type: 13-wks contract

· Pay Range : $18 - $20.50 hourly

· Shifts: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
