Location: 2001 W Broadway St, Bolivar, MO 65613

Contract Length: 3  month

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Pay Rate: $23-$24/HR

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Bolivar Patient Service Center in Bolivar, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence
• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties
• Maintain documentation and adhere to all safety protocols
• Deliver exceptional patient service and promote a positive organizational image

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred
• Experience drawing blood from both pediatric and geriatric patients
• Customer service experience in retail/service environments preferred
• Medical training preferred (e.g., medical assistant or paramedic)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
• Keyboard/data entry skills required

Reliable transportation is a must.

This is a contract position with the potential for continued employment based on performance and organizational needs.
