As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our apartment community. Located in Fontana, CA, this position is essential for maintaining high standards of living for our residents while fostering community engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
  • Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Administer lease agreements and ensure adherence to legal requirements, including Section 8 guidelines.
  • Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) for tracking leases, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for property performance analysis.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and legal regulations.
  • Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on tenant relations.
  • Familiarity with Section 8 & LIHTC programs is preferred.
  • Proficient in using property management software (e.g., OneSite) and basic data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
