Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Supporting team goals and objectives by working effectively in a team setting.
• Making effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Following instructions and working within routine, standard practices.
• Working under direct supervision and following standard operating procedures.

Experience Required

• One to two years of experience in relevant production or manufacturing tasks.
• Developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method.
• Applying basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

Skills & Certifications

• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Ability to get along with people and work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
