Manage process improvement projects to streamline operations, enhance performance, and reduce costs, waste, and complexity. Design project phases and secure approval from WRNMMC stakeholders for full implementation. Prepare and submit reports and presentations to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), WRNMMC Quality Council, Chief of Quality, and other stakeholders, including: Meeting agendas, progress reports, and action items Annual LSS plans Quarterly/Monthly Performance Reports Cost avoidance and ROI reports Reports to the Quality Council and Chief of Quality Quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors Semi-Annual Evaluation of Lean Six Sigma Courses Oversee, facilitate, and coordinate LSS training and certification for government personnel, including Green Belt, Black Belt, Yellow Belt, and PMP courses. Maintain knowledge of systems used for project tracking, such as Army's Power Steering and Navy's SPIDR. Perform other duties as assigned.
