As a Field Sales Sr. Market Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our beverage business. You will lead a regional team and oversee the development and execution of sales and distribution strategies to drive growth and deliver outstanding results. This high-impact leadership role encompasses sales, customer service, marketplace execution, and overall people leadership. Your ability to lead, influence, and execute will directly contribute to the success of our organization while fostering the development of top-tier talent within your team. Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Maximize volume and revenue growth within your region by implementing effective strategies in a direct store delivery environment. Financial Oversight: Manage the region’s budget and P&L to drive sustainable profitability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the annual operating plan. Customer and Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and community stakeholders to enhance brand presence and trust. Brand Activation: Lead the implementation of national and local marketplace initiatives to boost brand awareness and performance. Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, ensuring excellence in selling, merchandising, and execution standards. Operational Excellence: Ensure the team meets or exceeds volume and revenue goals while effectively managing costs and resources. Change Management: Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to implement and support change initiatives. Qualifications Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams. Previous sales leadership experience in a direct store delivery environment. Customer marketing and sales strategy experience. Compelling communication skills with the ability to create powerful and persuasive messages. Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast-paced organization. Experience in expense management and managing a P&L. Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits Expected Compensation Range: $140,000 - $280,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility: Target payout is 30% of annual salary, paid out annually. An additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over three years following the end of the performance period. Long-term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
