Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Owner of our luxury interior design firm. This dynamic role requires someone who is highly capable and comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment and can seamlessly handle both professional and personal responsibilities with precision and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner across multiple business ventures
• Coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries
• Assist with personal errands, appointments, and home management

This position is full time. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to shifting priorities
• Professional and polished
• Strong communication skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, scheduling platforms, and mobile apps
• Background in luxury, creative industries, or personal assisting is a plus
• Not required, but also a plus: Comfortable capturing photos or videos of our projects to share with the marketing team
