Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand estate planning needs

• Recommend and implement tailored strategies for asset protection and tax efficiency

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including wills, trusts, and directives

• Oversee client intake, onboarding, and document execution processes

• Coordinate with financial professionals and manage consent documentation

• Maintain accurate records and utilize legal tech systems to track progress and deadlines

• Participate in team meetings, firm trainings, and advanced planning discussions

• Contribute to ongoing internal improvements and client service initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of focused experience in estate planning law

• In-depth knowledge of California estate law and relevant tax implications

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the California State Bar

• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate structures preferred

• Familiarity with digital tools including legal case management platforms

• Notary Public designation a plus
