What You'll Do
The Electronic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) System Administrator reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and works under the direction of the Information System Security Manager leadership to manage and optimize the organization's GRC system, ensuring its reliable performance, integrity, and security, while also troubleshooting and resolving any GRC-related issues. Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information technology (IT) resources within the Pantex facilities is a vital endeavor. In this context, the GRC System Administrator is an integral role and as such, will ensure the GRC is in alignment with organizational goals, including user management, workflow configuration, and security implementation.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain GRC software and hardware.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and security.
• Implement and manage user access and permissions.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve GRC-related technical issues.
• Provide technical support to users and stakeholders.
• Document and track issues and resolutions.
• Integrate GRC systems with other enterprise systems.
• Automate GRC processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain GRC dashboards and reports.
• Maintains an understanding of all core components of GRC development (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications, Calculated Fields).
• Assist in preparation of formal documentation, including requirements specifications, system design documents, use case, and other operations manuals.
• Maintain procedure documentation
• Support the organization's GRC program and initiatives.
• Assist with risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date GRC system documentation.
• Provide training to users on GRC system usage.

Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
OR Master's degree.
Applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent may be considered on an exceptional basis with 8 or more years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a Windows or Linux environment.
Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software platforms or GRC tools.
Proficiency in system performance monitoring, patch management, and backup/recovery practices.
Proficiency in managing user access controls, roles/permissions, and integration with identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Familiarity with system security hardening and vulnerability mitigation aligned with organizational policies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/application issues independently.
Demonstrated experience documenting system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Strong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
Preferred Job Requirements
Three to five years of GRC education practitioner experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, MetricStream, LogicGate).
Relevant experience in risk management or compliance.
Strong understanding of GRC systems and software.
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or GRCP.
Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
Self-starter with strong organizing and time management skills and the ability to work productively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and timelines.
Adaptive to change, responds positively to altered circumstances or conditions.
Possess a desire and willingness to learn and continually update knowledge base on financial concepts, strategies, systems etc..
Take initiative to be a problem solver and provide suggestions to improve processes and efficiencies.
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to lead and collaborate with ad-hoc teams.
Data analytics and data validation skills and proficiency in business data analysis (MS Excel, etc.).
Experience working in highly regulated environments.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
