What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one support to youth with cognitive and functional challenges, helping them build essential daily living and behavior management skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans focused on developing healthy, age-appropriate behaviors and social skills—at home, at school, and out in the community.
• Empower youth through consistency, compassion, and positive reinforcement.

What You’ll Bring:

• A passion for helping young people live healthier, more independent lives.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor.
• One of the following educational backgrounds:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Ed Tech I)
  • Associate Degree (Ed Tech II)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Ed Tech III)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children or youth is a plus—but we value enthusiasm and potential just as much as experience.
