Phoenix Pro Connect seeks a Director of Treasury for a fast-growing hospitality company.

Join an exciting and expanding organization dedicated to delivering excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Treasury to lead and oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, credit facilities, insurance management, and strategic corporate finance initiatives for a global company.

We are seeking a Director of Treasury with demonstrated expertise managing both domestic and international treasury operations. Experience working across European markets is essential, including cross-border cash management, foreign exchange exposure, international banking relationships, and compliance with EU financial regulations .

Position Summary

The Director of Treasury is a vital leadership role responsible for managing the organization’s treasury operations and supporting long-term financial strategy. This role will oversee banking and credit relationships, manage liquidity and cash flow, lead financial modeling for credit approvals, and ensure compliance with financial obligations and risk management practices.

Must have both domestic and international experience.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations

• Lead and manage the treasury team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit card processing, and treasury platforms.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity strategies.
• Monitor transaction activity and ensure cost-efficient banking solutions.

Credit Facilities & Corporate Finance

• Secure and maintain operational credit facilities, letters of credit, and surety bonds.
• Monitor compliance with financial covenants and reporting obligations.
• Develop and present financial models and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise senior leadership on capital structure, funding options, and liquidity planning.

Insurance & Risk Management

• Oversee the renewal and administration of corporate insurance policies.
• Assess organizational risk exposure and recommend insurance coverage strategies.
• Ensure alignment between insurance programs and operational needs.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• MBA or CFA designation preferred.

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial operations, with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in cash and liquidity management, credit facility oversight, and insurance planning.
• Proven ability to build and present complex financial models and projections.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced in leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Proficient in treasury and financial systems/software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
