About the Role
This role is responsible for the growth and management of the Digital Field Service team within our company. The Digital Field Service team provides industrial cooling installation, commissioning, and client operations support for datacenter, semiconductor, electric vehicle, and other advanced manufacturing applications. By providing world-class customer experience, this role develops long-term service value in the form of services agreements, spare parts, after-market services, and upgrades to existing facilities. This position is responsible for identifying and supporting the development of new service opportunities while efficiently executing existing service commitments.

Hours and Travel
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. Some projects may require out-of-state, out-of-country, and overnight travel up to 30%.
