Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Commercial Transactions Attorney Position Overview We are a mid-sized firmed based in Hartford, CT, seeking a skilled Commercial Transactions Attorney to join our legal team. In this role you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while effectively managing risks. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial law, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate Transactions, and other corporate matters.
