18 Wheels USA is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our expanding W2 team for Over-the-Road, Regional, and Dedicated routes. Our operations are concentrated on 11 Western states, providing consistent freight and dependable miles. We offer a supportive environment for seasoned CDL A drivers and a comprehensive paid training program (around 3-5 weeks) for recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

• Secure W2 Employment: Join us as a full-time W2 employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally operate Class A tractor-trailers in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
• Haul dry van loads primarily throughout the Western United States (11 states), featuring mostly no-touch freight and a high percentage (approx. 70%) of drop and hook.
• Effectively manage routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer units.

Driver Qualifications

• Must-Haves:
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
  • Experience: We consider drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience as experienced. We also have excellent entry-level trainee positions for recent CDL school graduates.
  • For Trainees: Completion of a CDL school program with a minimum of 120 hours of training is required.
  • A clean driving record (MVR) and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
