Job Title: BPO Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Addison, TX preferred) or Fully Remote

Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (through 2026)

Pay Rate: $60–$65/hr (W2 only)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented BPO Project Manager to oversee business process outsourcing operations with major third-party providers including TCS and ADP. This is a long-term contract opportunity extending through 2026, offering either onsite work in Addison, TX or fully remote flexibility for the right candidate.

This role serves as the operational bridge between internal teams and external BPO vendors—ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in BPO coordination, project management, and vendor oversight, particularly in high-volume, multi-time-zone environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Coordination

• Manage project timelines, task assignments, and resource scheduling
• Track key milestones and ensure timely delivery of project components
• Maintain organized documentation including reports, contracts, and workflows

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the central liaison between internal teams, TCS, ADP, and other vendors
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear, aligned communication
• Escalate issues proactively to avoid delays or misunderstandings

Risk & Compliance Monitoring

• Monitor for project risks or delays and coordinate timely resolutions
• Ensure operational compliance with client and internal policies
• Keep all documentation and reporting audit-ready

Vendor & BPO Relationship Management

• Leverage understanding of BPO models to guide offshore and outsourced teams
• Support ongoing projects with TCS and ADP, ensuring SLAs and delivery targets are met
• Navigate cross-cultural and cross-time-zone challenges with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience
• Prior experience working with BPO vendors, particularly TCS and ADP
• Demonstrated ability to manage global or offshore teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with call center or back-office outsourced operations is a plus
